A dedicated partner at 30 East Custom Homes, Jared brings 20 years of expertise on Wall Street specializing in advising small-cap public companies on business growth and investor marketing strategies. He and his family moved to Nantucket full-time in 2021, driven by their love for the island’s beauty and close-knit community. After gaining hands-on experience with a private builder during high school and college, Jared is now focused on the next phase of his career—crafting custom homes on Nantucket. At 30 East, he serves as the primary liaison between clients, building teams, architects, and designers, ensuring seamless communication throughout each project.
TOMMASO CONTI
With 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including 19 years working for Todd Burns on Nantucket, I am passionate about building and take pride in the rewarding journey of bringing architectural designs to life. As a devoted father of two amazing daughters, I value family deeply and find inspiration in the beauty of art and nature.
